356. Fees payable to company
(1) Where under this Act, a fee is payable to a company for inspecting or
obtaining a copy of, any book, record or document, the company may, by
resolution, provide that a lesser fee shall be paid.
(2) The maximum fee payable for the inspection or obtaining of copies of
any book, record or document shall be the fee specified in item 3 of the
Third Schedule.
(3) This section shall not apply to holders of securities of a reporting issuer under the Securities Act.
