13. Filling of vacancies
(1) Where a vacancy occurs in the office of a Commissioner, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister given after consultation with the
Leader of the Opposition, shall appoint a person to replace the Commissioner.
(2) Any person appointed under subsection (1) shall hold office for the
remainder of the term for which the Commissioner who died or vacated his
office was appointed.
