4. Establishment of Commission
(1) There is established, for the purposes of this Act, a Commission
which shall be known as the Competition Commission.
(2) The Commission shall be impartial and shall perform its functions
without fear, favour or prejudice.
(3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Commission may regulate
its own proceedings.
(4) The Commission shall be a body corporate.
