58. Directions by Commission
(1) Where a restrictive agreement falls within the scope of sections 41,
42 and 43, the Commission may give the enterprise such directions as the
Commission considers appropriate to ensure that the enterprise ceases to be
a party to the restrictive agreement.
(2) A direction under subsection (1) may, in particular, require the enterprise to terminate or modify the agreement within such period as the Commission may specify.
(3) A direction given under this section shall be in writing.
