65. Enforcement of directions and undertakings
(1) Where the Commission determines that an enterprise has failed,
without reasonable excuse, to comply with a direction or undertaking, the
Commission may, subject to subsection (2), apply to the Judge in Chambers
for a mandatory order requiring the enterprise to make good the default
within a time specified in the order.

(2) The Commission shall consider any representations the enterprise
wishes to make before making an application under subsection (1).
(3) The Judge in Chambers may provide in the order that all the costs of,
or incidental to, the application shall be borne by the enterprise in default.
