7. The Director
(1) The Board shall—
(a) with the approval of the Minister, appoint a Director; and

(b) after consultation with the Minister, determine the terms and
conditions of service of the Director.
(2) The Director shall be responsible for—
(a) the execution of the policy of the Board; and
(b) the control and management of the Conservatoire.
(3) The Director shall attend the meetings of the Board and take part in
its deliberations, but shall not have a right to vote on any issue before the
Board.
