14. Disclosure of interest
Where a member of the Council, the Executive Director or any employee
has a direct or indirect interest in any matter brought before the Council,
he—
(a) shall immediately inform the Council; and
(b) shall not participate in the deliberations or any part of the decision making process in relation to that matter.
