16. Protection from liability
No liability, civil or criminal, shall attach to the Council, any member of
the Council, or member of a committee, or officer of the Board, for any damage or loss suffered by any person in consequence of any act or thing which
was done, or omitted to be done, in good faith in the exercise or performance of a power or function under this Act.
