21D. Power to obtain information
Notwithstanding any other enactment but subject to this Act,
the Council may, in relation to a matter pertaining to the construction
industry –
(a) by notice in writing, require a person to furnish, in
such form and manner and within such time as may
be specified, such information relating to that matter as
may be required;
(b) by interviewing a person, require the person to furnish
such information relating to that matter; and
(c) by notice in writing, require a person to fill in a form
attached to the notice and to return it in such manner
and within such time as may be specified.
