31. General Fund
(1) The Council shall establish a General Fund—
(a) into which all monies received by the Board, including such
grants as the Board may receive from the Government, shall be
paid;
(b) out of which all payments required to be effected by the Board
shall be met, including the remuneration, allowance, pension or
other benefits, payable to any person under this Act.
(2) The income and assets of the Board shall be applied towards the
promotion of the objects of the Board.
