5. Objects of Board The objects of the Board shall be to— (a) promote the development and improvement of the construction industry; (b) promote sustainable growth of the construction industry; (c) promote and encourage the participation of the small and medium enterprises in the construction industry; (d) promote and assist in the export of services relating to the construction industry; (e) promote and stimulate quality assurance in the construction industry; (f) promote the awareness of the need for a safe and healthy work environment in the construction industry; (g) promote and establish best practice in the construction industry; (h) promote research and development relating to the construction industry; and (i) facilitate communication between stakeholders of the construction industry.
