2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Articles” means the Articles or parts of the Articles of the Convention
as specified in the First Schedule;
“Convention” means the Convention on Consular Relations done at
Vienna on 24 April 1963;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
external affairs is assigned.
