4. Maximum mark-up
(1) The Minister may, by regulations, determine the maximum mark-up of
any goods specified in the Second Schedule.
(2) A trader who sells or supplies any controlled goods at a price which
includes a mark-up which exceeds the maximum mark-up shall commit an
offence.
