8A. Multiple prices displayed
(1) Where more than one price is concurrently
displayed for any goods or services, the registered person or
other trader shall, subject to subsection (2) or (3), not require
a person to pay the price which is higher than the lower or
lowest of the prices so displayed.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply in respect of such
goods or services as may be prescribed.
(3) Where a price that was once displayed has been
fully covered and obscured by a second displayed price, that
second price must be regarded as the displayed price.
