16. Regulations
(1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the
purposes of this Act.

(2) Any regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for—
(a) amendment of the Schedules in order to reflect any changes
made to the Convention or its Protocols, or to provide for any
other subsequent Protocol which may be ratified or acceded to
by the Government of Mauritius;
(b) any matter which may be prescribed under this Act.
