6. Application (1) The Authority may apply by way of motion to the Court— (a) with a view to obtaining the return of the child; and (b) for the purpose of organising and securing the effective exercise of rights of access to the child. (2) For the purpose of this Act, the Chief Justice may make rules under section 198 of the Courts Act to regulate the procedure in respect of any application under the Convention.
