4A. English and French official languages for the purpose of the Convention For the purposes of Article IV of the Convention, any arbitral award made in the English or French language shall be deemed to have been made in an official language of Mauritius. [S. 4A inserted by s. 3 (b) of Act 8 of 2013 w.e.f. 1 June 2013.]
