2. Extension to Rodrigues of certain Acts
Subject to this Act, the District and Intermediate Courts (Civil Jurisdiction) Act, the District and Intermediate Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act, the
Criminal Procedure Act and the Courts Act shall, as far as applicable, extend
to Rodrigues.
