5. Appointment of ushers
All summonses, orders, writs and warrants and any extra-judicial process,
as may be required to be served or executed, shall be served or executed, as

Court of Rodrigues Jurisdiction Act
the case may be, by any police officer who shall be sworn in by the Magistrate to act as usher in Rodrigues.
