Section 3: Qualification of Court Usher

3. Qualification of Court Usher No person shall be eligible for appointment to the office of Court Usher unless— (a) he is a Mauritian citizen; (b) — (c) he holds such qualifications as may be specified in a scheme of service approved by the Public Service Commission; (d) he has passed such examination as may be prescribed by rules made by the Chief Justice; and (e) he produces such evidence of his good conduct and capacity as appears to the Chief Justice sufficient.
