107. Alimony
(1) A District Court shall have jurisdiction in actions for payment of alimony by a wife against her husband, or in a case where the law gives a right
to an alimony.
(2) Notwithstanding any other enactment relating to the attachment of
salaries or pensions, a District Court may, in execution of its judgment under
this section, issue an attachment against any portion of any salary or pension of which the defendant may be in receipt.
