130. Evidence outside Court
Where any person cannot appear before the Intermediate Court or a District Court through illness or other lawful impediment and it appears to the
Court that it is necessary in the interests of justice to do so, the Court may,
on giving adequate notice to interested parties, proceed to any place to examine that person upon his personal answers or to give his evidence upon
oath.
