158. Power to legislate for other islands
Without prejudice to section 157, the President may make such regulations as he thinks necessary or desirable for the good government and general
well-being of the islands under the jurisdiction of the State of Mauritius and
all such regulations shall have the same force and effect as though they
were enactments passed by the Assembly.
