197E. Adjournment costs
Where any party applies for an adjournment at any stage of any civil proceedings, the Magistrate, Master, Judge in Chambers or Court, may, where
he or it grants the postponement on good cause shown, and there is an

application by the party who has incurred costs, make such order as to costs
as specified in the Fifth Schedule including costs in respect of the attendance of witnesses.
