20. Deputy to Master and Registrar
Subject to such directions as may be given by the Chief Justice, the Deputy Master and Registrar and Judge in Bankruptcy shall have and exercise all
the powers, and perform all duties, vested in the Judge in Bankruptcy and
Master and Registrar under any enactment.
