5. Vacancies
The Supreme Court shall be deemed to be duly constituted during and
notwithstanding any vacancy caused by the death, resignation, sickness,
incapacity or absence from Mauritius on vacation leave, or for any other reason, of the Chief Justice, the Senior Puisne Judge or any Puisne Judge.
