65. Registrar of Bankruptcy Division
The Chief Clerk, and such other clerk of the Registry as the Chief Justice
may appoint, shall act as Registrar of the Bankruptcy Division, and all warrants, orders or proceedings issued by that Division shall be under the seal of
the Supreme Court and under the hand of the officer so acting as Registrar.
