42. Revocation and amendment of order
(1) Any such order may be revoked or varied by the Court.
(2) An amended order shall be, mutatis mutandis, in the form of an original order, and shall take effect from the date of its service by an usher upon
the Accountant-General, the Chief Executive, or the employer, as the case
may be.
