46. Attachment after completion of contract
Where any person has obtained judgment for a sum of money against a contractor who has completed his contract, the Court giving judgment may order
that any sums due or thereafter becoming due to the contractor in respect of
the contract be attached and applied in satisfaction of the judgment.
