Suits between spouses Any judgment, by which the Supreme Court, in a suit between husband and wife, orders the payment by one of the parties to the other, of any sum of money, for defraying the costs which the latter may have to incur to prosecute his suit, or to carry on his defence, may be enforced in the same manner as is provided in section 55. 57. – 58. —
