63. Limitation on time for appearance
(1) An order giving leave to effect service outside the jurisdiction shall
specify a time after service within which the defendant is to enter an
appearance.
(2) The time specified in subsection (1) shall not, unless the Court otherwise orders, exceed 2 months.
