110. Obstructing passage of pedestrian on seashore
(1) Any person who, without lawful authority, obstructs or prevents the
free passage of a pedestrian on the seashore shall commit an offence and
shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 100,000 rupees.
(2) In this section—
“seashore” includes that portion of the seashore which is covered by
the sea at high tide and uncovered at low tide.
