112. Prohibition of water skiing, etc. (1) No person shall practise water skiing, or operate any water scooter or similar contraption within 100 metres from the low watermark of any seashore. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
