30. Arrest of offenders
(1) A person found in contravention of section 26 or 28 may be arrested
by any member of the Police Force.
(2) A private person may arrest a rogue and vagabond but shall forthwith
deliver him to a police officer.
(3) Any member of the Police may without warrant search the dwelling
house or trade or business premises of any person arrested in connection
with an offence against section 29.
