87. Interpretation
In sections 86 to 89—
“hotel” means an establishment licensed as such under the Licences
Act;
“slide” means any picture designed to be exhibited by means of a
projector;
“video club” means a club which exhibits or deals with video tapes by
way of business or otherwise;

“video tape” means any device which records a sequence of visual images and is capable of being used as a means of showing that sequence
as a moving picture.
