168. Aiding prisoner to escape by supply of arms
(1) Where such escape has been facilitated by the supply of any arms,
the keeper or person entrusted with the conveyance of the prisoner who has
participated in such escape, shall be punished by penal servitude for a term
not exceeding 20 years.
(2) Where the crime is committed by another person, that person shall be
liable to the same punishment.
