182A. Unlawful wearing of uniform (1) Any person who, without lawful authority— (a) wears any uniform of the Police Force or of the armed forces where he is not entitled to do so; (b) wears any article of clothing or other article likely to be mistaken for uniform mentioned in paragraph (a) unless he satisfies the Court that he had no intention that it should be so mistaken; (c) has in his possession, or sells or otherwise disposes of, a uniform mentioned in paragraph (a), to any person who is not authorised to wear that uniform, shall commit an offence. (2) (a) No person shall import a uniform mentioned in subsection (1) (a) without the permission of the Commissioner of Police. (b) A person who fails to comply with paragraph (a) shall commit an offence. (3) In this section— “uniform” includes headgear, badge, brassard, clothing, equipment and every article forming part of a uniform.
