258. Unlawful arrest, detention and sequestration

(3) (a) Notwithstanding sections 151 and 152 of the Criminal Procedure
Act, where it is averred that the person sequestrated is a minor or a physically or mentally handicapped person, the person charged shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term of not less than 2 years.
