284. Inciting disobedience or resistance to law
Any person who, by any of the means specified in section 206, instigates
disobedience or resistance to the laws, or to the authorities entrusted with
their execution, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
2 years, and a fine not exceeding 25,000 rupees.
