301. Larceny
(1) Any person who fraudulently abstracts anything not belonging to
himself shall commit larceny and be liable, on conviction, to imprisonment
and to a fine not exceeding 100,000 rupees.
(2) The abstraction of property by the husband to the prejudice of the
wife, or by the wife to the prejudice of the husband, shall not give rise to a
prosecution.
