10. Offences triable by Supreme Court without a jury
(1) Offences committed under an enactment specified in the Fifth Schedule
may be prosecuted by the Director of Public Prosecutions before the Supreme
Court without a jury on an information signed by him and filed before the
Court.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not affect the jurisdiction of any other competent
Court in respect of an offence under an enactment specified in the Fifth
Schedule.
