110. Child witness not to be sworn
A child who is heard as a witness under section 109, shall—
(a) not be examined on oath or solemn affirmation;
(b) before giving evidence, make, in presence of the Judge or Magistrate, a promise to speak the truth in terms of the First Schedule.
