140. Accused convicted of several offences
(1) Where an accused is convicted of several offences at the same time,
of the same nature, the Court may sentence him in respect of the several
offences of which he has been so convicted.
(2) Where the Court sentences the accused under subsection (1) to imprisonment or penal servitude, the sentence in respect of the several offences may commence one after the other.
