145. Failure to pay instalments
Where a sum is directed to be paid by instalments under section 143 and
the convicted person fails to pay the instalment in time, execution shall
forthwith be issued for the recovery of all the instalments then remaining
unpaid in the same manner as if, after the conviction, no order had been
made for the payment of the sum by instalments.
