151. Imprisonment in lieu of penal servitude
Where under any enactment a Court is empowered or required to pass a
sentence of penal servitude other than a sentence of penal servitude for life,
the Court may, unless the enactment otherwise provides, inflict imprisonment with or without hard labour, for any term not exceeding 5 years.
