18. Description of accused
(1) The accused shall be described—
(a) by his first name and surname, or by the names by which he is
more commonly known; and
(b) by the addition of his estate, degree or calling, and of the town
or place and district in which he was or is residing.
(2) In the case of doubt as to the accused’s names, he may be variously
described under an alias dictus.
