209. Supervision of habitual criminal
Where a person is convicted of a crime and a previous conviction of a
crime is proved against him, the Court of trial may, in addition to any other
punishment which it may inflict on him, direct that he shall be subject to the
supervision of the police for a period not exceeding 7 years, commencing
immediately after his discharge from gaol.
