29. Joining counts before District Court
(1) Sections 27 and 125 shall apply to informations triable by a
Magistrate.
(2) No information shall contain against one person more than one alternative count for knowingly receiving the whole or part of the stolen property,
or being found, without sufficient excuse or justification, in possession of
the whole or part of the property.
