59. Person accused of treason or crime Every person against whom an information has been filed for treason or crime shall have, if required— (a) a copy of the information delivered to him by the registrar at least 5 days before the day of trial; (b) a list of the witnesses intended to be produced at the trial, with their names, professions and addresses; and (c) a list of the jurors with their names, professions and addresses.
