61. List of additional witnesses
Nothing in this Act shall prevent the State or other prosecutor or the
accused from delivering a further list of witnesses, where the Court is satisfied that the party filing the list was not, at the time of filing his previous list,
aware that the evidence of those witnesses was material to the case.
